1 General Terms

jileveo is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted markets. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, form the complete agreement between jileveo and each registered player.

jileveo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or by prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of jileveo following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. Players are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

1.1 Eligibility

1.2 Language and Governing Law

These terms are published in English. All communications between jileveo and its players, including support interactions, account notifications, and promotional materials, are conducted in English. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 5 of these terms.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active jileveo account at any given time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jileveo account credentials, including your username and password. jileveo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of security to your account. You must notify jileveo immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a unique password not shared with any other online account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable 2FA via your account security settings for maximum protection.

jileveo will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their account credentials.

2.3 KYC Verification

jileveo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Players will be required to submit identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Fees may apply for international card transactions depending on your card issuer.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by jileveo are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total value of real-money bets that must be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Wagering must be completed within the time period specified in each promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

jileveo has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-variance betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, collusion between players to farm bonus funds, and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all balances including deposits may be forfeited. jileveo's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on jileveo are governed by the rules of the relevant game or market, as published within the game interface or the sportsbook. These general gaming rules apply across all products available on the platform unless superseded by specific game rules.

5.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on jileveo — including slots, live casino tables, and specialty games — are supplied by certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified for fairness. 6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jileveo. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with jileveo.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or compromise the security of the jileveo platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using funds of criminal or fraudulent origin to make deposits on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jileveo staff or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another individual to operate your account.

7 Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their jileveo account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's registered payment method, provided that all KYC and withdrawal conditions have been satisfied. Bonus balances not yet eligible for withdrawal will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.1 Closure by jileveo

jileveo reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The account holder is identified as being under 18 years of age.
3. The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
4. jileveo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the account.
5. The account holder has requested self-exclusion under jileveo's Responsible Gaming policy.
6. jileveo is required to close the account by law, regulation, or direction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed by jileveo due to a breach of these terms, jileveo reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is confirmed and the closure was precautionary, any eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jileveo will send an email notification to the registered email address 30 days before applying the inactive account policy. If no activity is recorded within that 30-day period, the account will be classified as dormant. jileveo may apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, deducted until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

8 Responsible Gaming
